Note to self…
Buy a deep dish lasagna pan so you can use all the noodles in the box!
Trying something new. Baking the lasagna with uncooked noodles. Hope it really works.

Vegetarian...To Be Or Not To Be
I’ve tried finding vegetarian recipes before. Never found enough we all liked to keep it going.
I’m going to try again. Maybe slow, a few days a week at first.
I’ve been searching and reading lots of recipes. Found some I really want to try.

It will start about 1:33 am Eastern Time and end at about 5 am ET. The moon will be entirely shadowed for about 72 minutes and turn brown to red in color.

I had to go with MR. over to his office area that’s about an hour away. He got a rental car over there. So I went and drove our car back. Not happy. There’s a rental 10 minutes away he usually goes to. I guess they didn’t have a car for him today.

I tried finding a church I liked a few times. I realized organized religion is not for me.
